All tariffs are for up to 4 guests in a 2 bedroom apt, or up to 6 guests in the 3 bedroom villas. Extra child $30 per night.

Low Season and School Holidays - To confirm a booking a deposit of $200 is required.

Christmas and Easter – Minimum 4 nights stay - To confirm a booking a deposit of 50% is required.

Deposits are non-refundable, unless 14 days notice of cancellation is given. in High Season 28 days notice is required and the booking must be resold). A $50 CANCELLATION FEE APPLIES.

We accept Cash, Bankcard, Mastercard, Visa or Eftpos as payment. Cheque by prior arrangement only. We cannot guarantee a specific unit, as circumstances beyond our control sometimes occur.
